Guidance on Recruitment Project

Personal conversations should take place in your private message folder and not in the forum. Sathya, you can go with the project that Divyaram has proposed or the one you have chosen. However, I would suggest that you should:

1. Include the cost (yearly/monthly) for outsourcing recruitment activities.
2. Include the cost (yearly/monthly) for in-house recruitment activities.
3. Include the yearly cost for job portals.
4. You can also include IJP (Internal Job Postings) / ICP (Internal Career Postings) where you can list openings available in your organization and accept nominations from employees who want to change their profile. Subsequently, interviews can be conducted.
