Overcoming Public Speaking Challenges

Meeting/discussion within four walls is quite different compared to speaking in front of known/unknown individuals. My recent experience on two or three occasions was that all words/info/messages, etc., vanished from memory. I have been advised that chunking and voice modulation are also crucial as I progress up the corporate ladder, as well as capturing attention and avoiding boring speeches. I firmly believe in more practice and structured learning and seek advice on how to overcome these challenges.
