hi
Himanshu
The LWF is applicable to all the members of the organisation except the Management staff (Staffs having authority to sign on the cheque/official documents on behalf of the organisation)
Employee Contribution is Rs. 3.00 and Employer contribution Rs. 6.00
Total Rs 9.00 and deposited to the LWF office.
It is half yearly contribution (June and December)

Dear Vidya,
Every State has made its own Act & Rules. Contribution period & its amount may differ from State to State. You should go through your state Labour Welfare Fund Act & Rules for having knowledge of the definition of employee, contribution period & the rate of contribution to be deducted, method of deposit of amount, format for sending the detail of contribtuion if any & to whom & when it is to be submitted.

Dear Member,
As already told this is a state Act & therefore we are required to go through the respective State Labour Welfare Fund Act & the Rules framed thereunder for your query.
