I handle soft skills, behavioural and management training for the managers and above. I have attached my Training e-Brochure to this post. It will give you idea of what types of training programmes are required for the supervisors or managers.
However, I have a suggestion here. Before getting into "training on what" have you give due importance to "why training?". Your operational ratios or customer service ratios speak in themselves.
