If you wish to know about "360-degree performance appraisal," then just go to Google, and an adequate amount of material is available. In fact, if you search this forum itself, you will find ample information.

I have mentioned in earlier posts that 360-degree appraisal requires a lot of organizational maturity. Have your systems and processes been stabilized 100%?

In fact, running the traditional performance appraisal process itself is a big task. Have you trained your managers on performance appraisal? It is not just an annual rigmarole but a tool for organizational development. Do they know this? How do you handle grievances that arise out of PA?

To begin with, instead of 360-degree performance appraisal, you can initiate 360-degree feedback. If this mechanism works well, then you can switch over to 360-degree performance appraisal.
