Confused About 2010 Minimum Wage Changes: Is It Linked to D.A. or Something Else?

Dear All, I wanted to know if the minimum wages revised from 01.02.2010 are related to D.A. or something else. This is because in the Order no. F.12(142)/02/MW/Lab/5573, it is mentioned as minimum wages in English but in Hindi, it is referred to as Mehangai Bhatta. Additionally, in previous years, it was displayed on a monthly basis, whereas now it is on a daily basis. Could you please clarify this for me?

Government offices follow the practice; for example, they repeatedly provide the footnote as 'NB. Cases of tampering with the order have come to our notice. Employers/workers may confirm from the website of the Labour Department labour.delhigovt.nic.in.'

Thanks, dear. I need clarification on this document. Is the Minimum Wages Act applicable only in the government sector? Does the act apply to private organizations? If a private organization does not follow this act, can employees take any action? Please tell me the procedure and solution with legal documents.

Please provide the latest minimum wages under the Factories Act for the textiles industry in Rajasthan.
