Hi, I am Priyanka. I am working as an HR executive in an IT firm, and I recently joined the organization. Now, an employee has left the organization without any prior notice, and she called me to inform that she is resigning. My boss wants me to draft a letter stating that she needs to serve the notice period and should send a proper resignation letter via email. As I am new to this field, I am unsure how to draft such a letter. Can anybody help me with this?
