I don't think there is any special leave act for marriage. However, the management of the company decides to give leaves to employees on the occasion of marriage, with consideration of "with pay" or "without pay."

There are no special leaves for marriage, and neither is there any law for it. You can avail your leaves from your leave balance in case of marriage or take leave without pay.

Not to my knowledge, but it depends on the company's policy whether they will provide such a privilege or not.

I am afraid the prevalent labor laws do not provide for leave for marriage. You will have to settle for Earned Leave.

Any leave rules do not allow special leave for marriage. However, nothing prevents an employee from availing the earned leave or accumulated leave at his/her credit for the celebration of marriage or availing casual or compensatory holidays for such purposes.
