I am a little confused because Mr. Malik mentioned that paid leave should be at a ratio of 1 day for every 20 worked, which amounts to approximately 15 days per year. Currently, I have only 9 days remaining. How should I allocate these for sick leave (SL) and casual leave (CL)?
