Please help me understand the leave policy at Breweries & Distilleries Limited company. Additionally, could you provide information on the minimum PL or EL, CL, and SL that should be offered to employees in accordance with labor laws?

According to labor law, you are to provide Earned Leave (EL) as per Chapter VIII of The Factories Act, 1948.
