Our establishment is in the Hotel industry and will be covered under the Shops & Establishment Act. Now, which minimum wages does it apply to - Shops & Commercial Establishments or Hotels, Restaurants, and Eating Houses? If it pertains to Hotels, Restaurants, and Eating Houses, can anyone send me the minimum wage applicable as of 01.04.2009? If you have the soft copy of the gazette, could you please attach it.

If we are covered under Hotels & restaurants & Eating Houses, then the same wage will be applicable to all the Contractual staff working under us like Housekeeping, Horticulture, Security, and others. Please confirm.
