Which States Have Ratified and Implemented the BOCW Act? Can You Help?

I just wanted to check if someone can help me out with the names of the states that have ratified and implemented the BOCW Act.

This is to inform you that the Haryana Government is implementing this Act. They have also framed their State Rules in the year 2005.

The Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act is already implemented in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Haryana. I am not sure about other states. Anyhow, all the states will implement it one by one in the near future. They will be issuing a Construction Worker Identity Card to all the workers working at construction sites who are registered under the BOCW Act.
