Building & Other Construction Workers Act

Just wanted to check if someone can help me out with the names of the states which have ratified & implemented the BOCW Act.

This is to inform you that Haryana Govt. is implementing this Act. They have also framed their State Rules in the year 2005.

I think Tamilnadu Govt also implementing the same act for Building & Construction workers.

The BOCW Act is already implemented in Andhrapradesh, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Haryana.
I am not sure about other states
Anyhow all the states will implement one by one in near future.
They will be issuing a Construction Worker Identity Card to all the workmen working under the construction sites whoever registered under BOCW Act.
