If your unit is covered under The Factories Act, then please go through your State Industrial Establishment (National, Festival, Casual, and Sick Leaves) Act for the grant of sick leaves. If covered under the Shops Act, adhere to the sick leave provisions under this Act of your State. As per laws, these leaves lapse at the end of the year.
