Struggling to Start an HR Career as a Fresher? Seeking Advice on Breaking In

I am a fresher in HR and I want to make my career in HR only, but I am not getting any entry. I just want to ask, as a fresher, will I not get any entry? If yes, then how? Please help me. Wherever I go for an interview, they only want experienced candidates.

During this recession period, there are no jobs available for freshers because companies want an experienced person who can implement new policies and help them tackle the recession situation.

Regarding job opportunities, please log onto job portals and check for openings. There are numerous opportunities available on these portals.

If you are currently unable to secure a job in a company, I would recommend considering a recruitment consultancy. This can help clarify your understanding of recruitment and selection processes and boost your confidence. When there is an opening, you can then pursue a job in a company.
