List Of Excellent HR Books With Ratings & Rating Guide - Compiled & Rated By Pracena

Hello to all.......

This time I present to you a list of Excellent HR Books. They are all from my personal library, which I thought I should share with you all. Each of them has been rated with a rating guide below the list too. The list contains the name of the Book, Author, Publication, Price, and Rating for each of the books. The books belong to HR, Training Skills, Training Games, OD, OB, Appraising, Personal Enhancement, R&R, Corporate Enhancement, and others.

For us HR Professionals, reading is not only a pleasure but also a mechanism for updating our Knowledge Base. Hope the list provides both of the above for you.

Rated on the basis of the guide given below. All the books are from my library, and I thought sharing it would be good. The Rating Key is mentioned in the Excel Sheet below the list of books. They are not any recognized ratings coming from bestsellers lists, etc. They are rated based on my reading and applicability in my work life. Hope the contributions have helped CiteHR readers. Excellent compilation of books indeed. Congratulations. For the last few years, I have been trying to find the following books. I even spent 6 hours searching for these books at Boipada (world's largest second-hand books market) at College Street, Kolkata. Can you help me out?

1) "Not for Bread Alone" authored by Konosuke Matsushita
2) "People Before Products" by Konosuke Matsushita
3) "Even the Uneducated Are Intelligent" by Konosuke Matsushita

These books were originally written in Japanese in the 70s and 80s and subsequently translated into English. They are published by PHP Foundation.

I would appreciate your help in this matter.

A lot of the posts here contain queries on where the books can be found. I usually pick them up from Crossword & Landmark. Both of these are my book hubs where I can find books on any topic and subject. Since I'm from Mumbai, my other favorite hubs are the roadside stands. Hope you find the books you require.
