Hi Pracena,
Highly informative!! Thanks a lot.
Friends,
Greetings!!
Please give me some ideas,
Ours is a middle level organization in the training sector. We need to do something to go little closer to every employee of our organisation and touch base.
Our management wishes to create a better learning experience and environment for every one here. As of now we dont have a proper HR practise as such.We are quite ok with the Payroll management , but when it comes to Core HR practices like training, development, motivation, we are lagging behind, please give me some ideas which will make each and every employee feel that the management cares.
Expecting your valuable replies,
Thanks in Advance
Sharmila Shan

you have covered nicely on topics like - voice modulation, postures, sequence, etc. appreciate if can add some slides on use of fonts, size, and the best combination of colours. this is very important because i have seen many presentations, wherein you can not read the content

Good content, but I would prefer the fonts be not in redish hue against black background. Hurting to the eyes. James Low

Hello
Your posts are very informative and precise. My suggestion is a presentation should have minimal words. Use appropriate pictures as this makes the participants inquisitive. The slide is just the backdrop from which you build and give them the necessary inputs, you can use the foot notes area for joting down your notes. Lately i have been preparing presentations and delivering the same. I have seen the difference. Hope the information is useful.
Recently there is a problem to download/view any presentation. If you have any solution, do help.

This is realy interesting. I am in HR and staff development is my passion. I have read many books n presenting and you have brought it out well. What troubles individuals most is they do not plan to structure and deliver their messages. I will definately enrich my competence with this material

Dear Pracena,
You asked for it! The subject matter and contents are of course good.
You may better look into effective use of colours for presentation, effect of colour on health, how eyes can be damaged with the use of various colours, how colours affect the mood etc. Your selection of colour for ppt. is horrible, dangerous for eyes - it is toxic.
If you accept my suggestion; I am sure it will be rewarding.

Thanks a lot for sharing this comprehensive presentation!
Recently I had to present to an audience "How to master excellent presentation skills" and now I wish I have found this presentation earlier.
All necessary skills are described very well here - timing, voice tuning, eye-contact, body language, jokes etc.
Great work!
