Recruitment strategies for organisations are made based on various parameters. Every organisation prepares different strategies for different recruitments - Freshers / Laterals / Sr. Management / Board members.
But generally all those strategies are made based on the following criteria :
1. Quantum of hiring - no .of people required
2. Level of hiring - Freshers / Laterals
3. Duration of resource requirement - decides whethr to go for Contract / Contract to Hire or Permanent hiring

Srikant, 1st you have done B. Com then why you chose Administration, Administration are not a specific area this is the general core of the industries, please note some guidelines about your feture:-
1. Now you can doing MBA in business/ any field in administration after that you can availed positively any good job otherwise very difecult.
2. If you are going to Accounts lines the your carear is start as fresher job.
3. You can do the MBA in Human Resources and going to HR / Personnel department.
