It depends on your company's requirement and the quality of people you want to engage.
If you want to get the creamy layer, then try through Standard English Newspaper in the area where you want to recruit. Otherwise you can call for a Walk in interview with wide advertisement to all your company staff and their friends and relatives who are in search of employment. To have active participation of your staff, you can declare some incentive to your staff about selection of 1 candidate Rs.2000/- 2 candidates Rs.5000/- 3 Candidates Rs.8000/- and 4 candidates Rs.10000/- and so on. The referred candidates are to attend the Walk in interview and clear all selection processes including medical and join the duties by stipulated timelimit then only the incentive will be released on completion of the probation of the selected candidates.
You can even go and approach some colleges for campus Interview and issue them the appointment letter as trainees for 6 months or 1 year for which they will be paid with the Stipend of Rs._______/-, per month and they will be absorbed by the company with a compensation package of Rs._______/- per annum.
You must select the college for Campus Interview from the Semi-urban or rural area as there only you can get the candidates, who can work for longer duration. If you select the candidates who are from Lower Middle Class or from below poverty line family background, they will think thousand times to quit the job and the attrition rate will be very less.
