People who are currently working in some organization in the HR department are requested to fill it out. Have you piloted your questionnaire? A number of questions are supposed to be open-ended but elicit only YES or NO responses, which could have been framed as close-ended questions. Please see my posts on Research Methodology and MBA Projects at CiteHr.
