Oh Gosh, I'm shy to tell that I had attched but It does not come out. Ok, I hv no time to keep trying but may be you all can follow the below steps :
go to search, type "leave" click search. you will find a lot of info aboout leaves. But I think the format from Deepu is good.
Pls try k.

leave format is different why because the org's are provideing different tyype of leaves status like causal leaves are normal,and nel(non en cashable leves),sick leaves, special leves, eel(en cashable leaves),
