Hello Everyone.
At this point of my life, I am confused what to do and what not to do?
Now I am working as an asst. HR Executive in a Power plant. But my qualification is Engineering and not MBA. I am intrested to continue in the HR field. I am mainly dealing the industrial matter i.e. Labor license, wc policy, matters dealing with Sub-Contrators etc. I am also continuing MBA in distant learning. I have thought to have 2 yrs experience and meanwhile I will also have MBA degree. Then I will search for a better option, with a good package.
But I am confused that this way my career will shape in a right form or not. My thinking is practical or should I quit job and go for regular courses.
I also want to know Distant learning is useful or regular is more beneficial?

Hi Anu,
even i am doing MBA from distance education and working as OP's HR. right now wod ur doing is good...cs think practically, once you finish ur MBA u can have the option to be in HR field or look for other option and moreover u will gain experience as well. and regarding the pay, that will come with experience in any field.. :)
