Dear Sir,

I worked with HDFC Standard Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Ajmer as a Sales Development Manager during my 6-month probation period. I was terminated on 28.09.2007 in accordance with clause 1, which states that the company can terminate during the probation period.

I completed more than 1 year of service, and I did not receive any extension letter for the probation period or a confirmation letter.

I kindly request your advice on whether the termination was lawful.

Dear Rajeev I Think private Sector is not believable. nobody confirm it this sector before probation and after confirmmation. so pl. search the next job and join it
