Parvez good to know that you have placed many motivation policies in ur co. But in my company the major problem is Shift timings and 2nd main problem is Employee’s attitude, 3rd problem is top management don’t believe/ trust is such activities. Nobody want to spent time, efforts in all these things and this is a BIG problem for me where I feel helpless.
