I am working here in Saudi Arabia as Production Manager and I want to do something for my people this coming year 2008. I'm handleling a Indian, Bangladesh and Filipino nationality and some Arab nationalities from outside the Kingdom. Mostly of my peoples are they are the pioneer and professional workers for this 1 year old factory, and they are continuing to play a key role and given all of my recent accomplishment, but the salary are become more low and below industry averages due to low currency value of dollar.
My request from your good experience is to help me to make a strong recommendation letter of salay increment for my people address to my company top management.
Please send a salary raise letter format.
