Hi, In case if the LWF is not deducted from the employee’s salary then you may deduct the same from the subsequent month salary with intimation to the concerned Authority authorized by the Act

Hi Rajeshhr, You can pay both the employees' and employer's contributions to the Welfare Commissioner, Labour Welfare Board immediately for December 2023 and deduct the same from the respective/eligible employees' February 2024 salary. You may be required to pay interest subsequently if demanded by the authority.
