Respected Seniors, How to apply for a fresh establishment code in EPF/ESIC for a company situated in Coimbatore. The company has already obtained the necessary approvals from IF/TNPCB, and it is a startup company. I need guidance on the above subject.

Obtaining ESI and EPF Registration
Obtaining ESI and EPF registration is now online. There is no need to visit the respective offices. If the constitution of your establishment is not proprietorship or partnership, you will get registrations for ESI and EPF at the time you register the company. Then it will just be a matter of coverage, and that will happen only when the number of employees becomes 10 in the case of ESI and 20 in the case of EPF.
