Hi, Yes declaring holiday on National Holiday is mandatory. The Company might follow calendar of foreign client but Company is situated in India.

Dear Friend, Your employee may follow the calendar of a foreign client but it is mandatory to follow the rules of the land. Pay the employees for the date of NH, if it is not possible to give leave.
