Sir/Madam, Kindly highlight the following:
1. Can a pregnant woman get maternity leave if she joined a PSU (Govt.) from another PSU through the proper channel?
2. Is a minimum period of service required for a fixed-term employee? If yes, how should it be regulated since we are engaging them for only 1 year? We cannot deny them employment due to pregnancy.
Thank you.
