You may cover employees alone or parents too for the unmarried category, and spouse and two children for the married category based on your budget for Mediclaim.

Based on my personal experience, I would recommend you go through an insurance broker, especially if your organization is small and may not have the right resources to manage this activity.
We are a small company, and for the first 7-8 years, we handled insurance matters (Group Medical Cover, Group Personal Accident, EC Policy, Stock Insurance, etc.) ourselves, which proved challenging in obtaining quotes and negotiating.
Eventually, we started working with a broker, and we are very pleased with the results. They have helped us secure the best rates and services, despite switching insurers three times in the last 5 years.
The main challenge lies in finding a reliable insurance broker.
