Hi, Do you want to communicate to all employees that the Company is offering free term insurance for all of them? You can write a simple email with all the details such as:

1) The name of the service provider
2) Whether it is individual term insurance or group term insurance
3) The coverage limit per employee
4) Whether the company sponsors the term insurance or if employees also need to bear a partial premium cost
5) The coverage starting date/month
