Hi, If the place of posting is outside India (i.e., USA), then rules and regulations applicable to foreign soil will apply. You need an Appointment Order contract as per their terms.
If the employee is hired in India and there are plans to depute him/her to the USA, then you need to prepare an Appointment Order based on Indian norms.
