You have to follow up with your HR Department to get a copy of the promotion order as Assistant Manager. If HR cannot assist, Finance may be able to help. If a copy was endorsed to you, the departmental head could be in a position to assist.
The order promoting you as Sr. Assistant Manager would indicate you as Assistant Manager. Therefore, when you have already been promoted as Sr. Assistant Manager, it is evident that you were also promoted as Assistant Manager.
