Hi I hv joined institute as a part time trainer .. at the time of joining they never gave me appointment letter or offer letter I worked there for one year ...now I have resigned for which I gave them 15 days notice period however I never got any offer letter but still due to courtesy I served them notice period of 15 days. on my last day they gave me relieving letter in which they mentioned I'll get my full and final settlement after 45 days ... which I did not accepted now plz suggest what should I do what are my rights as an employee

You worked on part time basis for one year without any appointment order or any letter of contract. Now they are assuring FFs will be cleared in 45 days.. Though it is not legally right.. they are not denying.. asking some time. Hence wait for 45 days get it.
When you were able to work for 1 year without appointment oder this is nothing. Just be patient and finish it.
