Hello Seniors!!! I am having one query related to leaves. From where can i find CL SL and EL Eligibility, Conditions. And in which act it falls in?

Which organization do you work for, and does your organization come under the purview of any specific act? It depends on that. If your organization falls under the Shops and Establishment Act, then you need to follow the leave regulations stipulated by that act. If your organization belongs to the manufacturing category involving production, then you should adhere to the leave rules outlined in the Factories Act.

Factories Act does not dwell upon CL or SL. For that Shop and Est Act of the state has to be referred. If the organization does not fall under the purview of the Factories Act, then EL is also applicable as per the Shop and Establishment Act.
