Which Organization you work for and your Organization come under purview of which Act. It depends on that. If your Organization come under purview of Shops and Establishment Act then you need to follow leaves stipulated by Shops and Establishment Act. If your Organization comes under manufacturing category where production is involved then you need to follow leave rules under Factories Act.

Suresh RathiFactories Act does not dwell upon CL or SL. For that Shop and Est Act of the state has to be referred. If org does not fall in the purview of Factories Act than EL also applicable as per Shop and Est Act
