Hello, I joined the new company on February 13th. In the offer letter they gave me on February 16th, before the joining date, I asked HR to please revise the offer letter instead of issuing a new one. They provided me with a written amendment letter with the joining date of February 13th.

No worries about future issues; I requested HR to revise my offer letter with the correct start date, i.e., February 13th, but they ignored my request.

I am currently employed by the same company; please advise me on how to obtain an offer letter with the correct date to avoid any future problems.

The offer letter, together with the amendment, makes it clear that the joining date was on February 13th. There is no need to worry about it. It is understandable that HR is refusing to issue a revised offer as the intended purpose has already been fulfilled.
