Hi, I am currently employed in a company and have been working here for 2 years. I recently started looking for a job and have an offer in hand. However, during BGV verification, it was found that my Date of Exit in UAN overlapped with my current and previous employment. The DOE should have been set to 5/12/2018, but it is updated incorrectly as 5/2/2020. I have already reached out to the previous employer with my relevant relieving and experience letters, but there is no response from them.
Also, will this be considered dual employment, even though I have the correct relieving and experience letters?
What should I do? Thanks

I don't know why these background verification teams are digging out the EPF sites. I can't understand who gave permission to do it. I don't know if the EPFO site is open to anyone who knows the UAN.
