Hi, In case of any issue during partial withdrawal/full PF withdrawal, if there is an error such as a mismatch in the bank account, advise them to update their bank details again. As per the new process, bank details need to be approved by the respective bank. If not approved by the bank, then it must be approved by the employer followed by the concerned PF office.
Additionally, if the UAN password has not been changed since the beginning, all users need to reset the password and provide a new one. Upon opening the UAN login, there will be a prompt to change the password.

To avoid a mismatch in employee PF KYC updation, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Employees' PF account details should match those on their Aadhar card. If the employee's name in the PF account does not match the Aadhar details, update the employee PF details through the regional PF office.
Step 2: Providing your bank account that you use regularly ensures continuity without any breaks.
Step 3: If the name on your bank account differs from your Aadhar and PF account, update your bank account details through your concerned bank branch to match the Aadhar details. The bank will provide an updated passbook with the name change.
Step 4: Update your new bank account number in the PF account and obtain DSC approval from your employer.
