If an employee gets promoted into a manager and has 90 days notice period. But since he is in probation for the manager role, will his notice period be 30 days or 90 days?
And if he wants to buyout during that this period, will it be 30 days np or 90 days?

The employee is promoted to Manager position which means he/she is already permanent employee. Usually for permanent employee in case of promotion there is no probation period but for Manager position, the notice period may be 90 days depending on Organization's policy.
