I am also interested in the variable component in the salary structure, as I believe it would be very high for those positions.

Remuneration structure varies randomly from organization to organization, nature of business, market trend, capacity to pay etc. We have no idea about your nature of business. We hope we will not be in a position to suggest anything.
So far as variable pay is concerned, it may be appx 30% of total remuneration for senior level.
