Since you are not manufacturing the product and as products are outsourced from another company (either kept for display or moved to customer place directly which you have not mentioned) I think you should you should follow Shops and Establishment Act.

Thank you Sir for your support. We directly move the products to customer end. We are having only R & D, Sales & Marketing and Store Purchase Department. So is it fine to follow Shops and Establishment Act.?
