Hi,
Since you are not manufacturing the product and as products are outsourced from another company (either kept for display or moved to customer place directly, which you have not mentioned), I think you should follow the Shops and Establishment Act.

Thank you, sir, for your support. We directly move the products to the customer end. We have only R&D, Sales & Marketing, and Store Purchase departments. So, is it fine to follow the Shops and Establishment Act?
