Dear Md. Rashedul Mostafa,

If the employment is for a fixed period, and if the duration of the employment is mentioned properly, then you may just send a letter to the employee on discontinuation of the employment contract.

While issuing the letter, in the first paragraph, give a reference of the employment contract like contract number, date etc. In the second paragraph, write that the date of expiry of the contract is _____ and the administration of your company does not wish to renew the contract. However, while issuing the official communication, please check whether the terms of the notice period are mentioned in the contract and if yes, then please adhere to them.
