I joined a Company on 27 Jan 2018, I got transferred in May 19 to my hometown branch (transfer was requested by me) but that branch opened in Feb 20.
Now as per my joining date I will complete 4 yrs 240 calendar days in Sep 22.
Can I claim gratuity if I leave the organization in Oct 22 or Nov 22 or June 19 to Jan 20 will be counted as 0.
