I have to reliase 1 employee from his service ,lack of projects , but we can't terminate him because he gives us time ,

i need proper format mail of realiving him , due to lack of projects
please advise me

for the service you have rendered in our company, please accept a small gift.

All separation formalities and Full and Final settlement shall be initiated within
one month from the date of your exit.

You are also requested to hand over all assets of the company on a convenient date
before your exit.
