I have mailed my resignation to the company. But The company is not relieving me as per the said notice period. They as asking additional month's time. But I can't give the additional month. I have put the resignation on 8th March with my last working day on 31st March. But my company is asking me to extend till 30 April which I can't extend beyond 31st March.
So what are the issues I will get If I don't extend after 31st March?
None of the senior members of this Forum is aware about the terms of employment, your company stipulated in your case, unless you share such information.
So please share, in this Forum, the separation clause mentioned in your Offer of Appointment which will enable any learned members in this Forum, to throw some light on the further course of action to be initiated by you.
