Can anyone please clear my doubt related to salary bifurcation - Jammu & Kashmir.
Min wages (DA not applicable) :-
Unskilled- Rs. 6750/-
Skilled - Rs. 10,500
If an employee was hired on 7,500.
How to make salary structure so that employee should come under EPF & ESIC and from the view point Labour department Company is in safe side.
Similiarly if an employee was hired on Rs. 15500/- what will be salary structure.
