PF claim under form 10C rejected- what is the solution

My PF claim form 10C is rejected showing AUTHORISED AMT IS ZERO.. i search every platform what is this reason but I don’t get any clue, please help me in this case and provide me a solution..

Form-10-C is for pension claim under PF & Misc. Act. Please check whether any contribution has been made at Pension Fund by your organization. If you have joined in the organization with PF Gross ( Basic +DA) more than 15,000/- per month on or after 1.9.2014, then you were not eligible for Pension fund membership if it is not a continuity of membership.
