Hi,

As my previous company manager has high level links in most organisations he is influencing other organisation managers to represent me as technically week and provide poor feedback even though I am strong enough in technical field.

I left previous organisation as I was not getting good work so he kept revenge on me as I had some heated argument with him before leaving that organization. Now I am not sure what feedback he/company is giving when I switch organisations, I am again not getting good projects/work due to his negative feedback even though I don't have any issues with other organisations managers but they are deliberately trying to pursuade me to represent as through I am technically not good in every organisation which is not the case for sure.

Even if I go on switching the organisations I may have to face the same situation again and again because of his politics and influence as I didn't listen and act accordingly to his words.

It has become the trend that if someone leaves the organisation lets make him suffer. Not all managers might provide genuine feedback or they may provide exaggerated negative feedback which will influence employees careers and employees go on suffering even though they keep on switching the jobs as they are not aware about their feedback behind the scenes.

What can be done here?
