Compliance relating to the submission of statutory returns and maintenance of statutory registers is to be done when the UP State Rules on these codes are framed and enforced. At this point in time, the Central Government has not yet declared the date of enforcement of these labor codes. Therefore, please note that we are to wait for these notifications.
