In pharmaceutical industry, (hazardous process industry)where contract manufacturing work carried out for global companies like GSK, there third party safety audit is must for business purpose.
In real estate business, export oriented ready made garments industry , they have to obtain Fire NOC from fire brigade department. Before issuing Fire NOC, fire dept personnel will do some safety audit
