We, the members of this forum are outsiders and we do not know what exactly happened in your company. Therefore, I recommend you draft the show cause notice on your own and upload it on this forum. Some senior like me will correct it.
Before the issue of the show cause notice, find out who had given instructions to the Accounts Manager to submit the stock statement and what was the due date. Was submission of the stock statement a one-time activity or a repetitive one?
